I'm a Lost Boys fan, and have been for about two years now. Saw it at the rental store and rented it. I quickly joined in the fandom, which is small, and yet scary. While you can generally find those who are intelligent and probably older than you (I'm only eighteen), there are teh teenies. And they are frightening.

It all starts when someone asks "Who's your favorite Lost Boy or Lost Boys character?" -- that's when it all goes downhill (or was the original post already at the bottom?).

But yes, apparently David reigns supreme among the teenies of Lost Boys fandom. bcuz hez sooooo hotttt omg!11!1 (Ow, that hurt.)

10:55am: Fandom Scruples Screws Up?
I was hesitant to post this wank because I don't know all of the history but since no one else seems to have noticed it, I think I might have just spotted Fandom_Scruples screwing up.

9:43pm: Attack of the killer sockpuppet author
The infamous Jeylan is back in Highlander fandom and pissing everyone off (well, almost everyone) with her latest escapade.

Her most recent venture was to post a new story under a new pen name (Lilith) to a couple of Highlander fiction lists. The story, "A Kiss Is Still A Kiss" was well received by most fans and gets positive feedback, including a rec from a really Big Name Fan.

However behind the scenes it seems a few Jeylan-haters, who are holding a grudge from their last run-in with her, had decided that Lilith's e-mail address was too similar to Jeylan's and the IP numbers too close for comfort so they we sure Jeylan and Lilith were one in the same! They decided to bait Lilith on the Duncan_Methos list to try and expose the truth.

Shock and horror! A sock was amongst them! However, Lilith did not take the bait. Very un-Jeylan like behavior. They are puzzled.

Fast-forward to today, Lilith posts a "thank you" note to the ROG-L list to thank everyone for all their wonderful feedback and drops this bombshell:

11:57pm: Truly Outrageous wank
The tone of posts to the TrulyOutrageous!Jem mailing list seems a little pissier than is usual even for that place, with a rise in subject headings like "list members and their temper tantrums". (Also "Ask Christ", but that turned out to be an an unfortunate break in text rather than an appeal for divine intervention).

What could fans of a 1980s little girls' cartoon find to wank about? ( Well, what about who is more insane, Jerrica or Pizzazz? Or their fans? )
