1:52am: cosplay in the ANA
In the community cosplayfucks, where we mock bad cosplay</a>, lil_wyte decides to plug a community called ana_cosplay, including the following promotional blurb:

This is a community for people who want to use a method that's healthy in moderation so they can fit into their costumes. I know a lot of people believe that this is a mental disease, but in my eyes, it's definitely a legitimate lifestyle, and hating it is just as stupid as christians hating athiests



Wank quickly explodes, 147 comments and counting.

Some of the threads are quite interesting, to be truthful.

We discover that pro-syphyllis is thought to be the next big thing after pro-anorexia, some people find the downfall of America to be all the fat chicks, and "having a psycological disorder and being raised with warped versions of the ideals your religion stand for are NOT the same thing".


Then someone steps in and says, hey, those ana_cosplay people are just fasting... they're not really into the ANA!


And, of course, lil_wyte threatens to delete the whole thing if this ends up here ^ ^ Will he carry through with this threat, or is he merely bluffing? *collective anxious gasp*



Oveall it's quite an amusing little read. Lovely ascii art toward the end, as well as much abuse of the caps lock.


ETA: the thread is now 224+ comments long, rife with trolls and wankers, a few mice, former anorexics and bulemics, and so on and so forth. Fun for all!

2:21am: wank, there is plenty

It's been a few entries since fanficrants has been wanking but, like the tides, it always returns to cover you with foamy bits.

lonewolf23k posts a question asking:

Since when is the Jedi Order in the prequals supposed to be such a bunch of immoral bastards, anyway? Listening to what some fans say, you'd never believe they were the good guys...

Kidnapping children to raise as members of the Jedi cult, using a race of brainwashed clone slaves as cannon fodder, political assassination...

...In short, twisting about the elements of the Jedi Order in the prequals to portray them in thw worst possible image, to the point where the Sith don't seem so bad in comparison.


...That sort of behavior just makes me wonder what movies those people actually saw...

And people begin to flip-flop around between "Sith are teh evol!" and "Jedi are teh evol!" over and over again.

4:58pm: The fandoms I keep in my closet
lompe_ posts in Manson_Icons with some particularly irrelevant icons (because spamming a Marilyn Manson community with Britney Spears icons to play troll is the most original thing ever).

People proceed to just not get it.

I call troll, because, I mean, really. But people still don't get it, because I suppose Marilyn Manson is Serious Business and must not be mixed with pop icons.

But it doesn't end there! lompe_ returns with a dazzling on-topic icon. She then proceeds to badger br34k_h4b1t about, uh, something. I can't actually read anything she's saying, I'm not l33t enough.

It's such a cute pet troll.
