Okay, this is the LAST POST from the imdb.com boards—I swear. The wank is too easy there…I need to CHALLENGE myself. But the wank is so FUNNY!!!

Okay. Saw II came out last Friday—I saw the first, and I enjoyed most parts of it, along with some of the trivia—however, like all of you, I’m sure, I’m EXTREMELY leery of sequels. I need some reassurance that it may be worth paying $3.00 for. IMDB time! Summaries are good, reviews are good, got almost 8 stars—obviously, public opinion says it’s not bad. But…I find myself…moving…towards…the boards…

And I find this.

Starts off as innocently as wank can—but it does jump right into the wank.

As such, we must ALL be disgusted, and we must ALL boycott it to prevent more movies like this from happening.

A troll hops in, but I didn’t see the comment—bah-leeted. I think it was about how boycotts are for fags. But IMDB doesn’t have a “Don’t Feed the Trolls” rule! So, people naturally feed it.

Paty Cockrum, wife of X-Men artist and Nightcrawler creator Dave Cockrum, has been causing a lot of ruckus lately. The whole story with links is here on Rich Johnston's column, "Lying in the Gutters." Fifth item down.

In short, Marvel is anti-Semitic because it made Magneto evil. But no can hold her responsible for anything she says because she has a thyroid problem. The anonymous wants to know if there's a jurisimprudence law for this.

This is regarding the Danny Phantom fandom over at Butch Hartman's forum

The moderators have a Holy Mission: Butch does not like slash or pr0n, therefore, all of these artists must be destroyed. The moderators have been going around, suspending people for "explicit" or slash fanart. This is a fairly tame fandom, one of the pictures in question was a kiss. Also, the moderators do not like anyone linking to a deviantArt account, because the art there could be explicit.

10:44pm: The Yaoi Industry's Conspiracy, Unmasked!
On LJ's yaoi_rants community, halcyon_grey posts something that sounds something like sense before dissolving into a train wreck of shaky opinions on sexual psychology and the yaoi/shounen-ai industry.

People debate, halcyon_grey becomes defensive and begins to sound paranoid.

ZanneChaos tries to talk sense before quickly realizing that it's an exercise in futility. After the laughing fit subsides enough for her to type, she proceeds to have fun at halcyon's expense. Halcyon takes offense, and Zanne basks in the wank for kicks. It's all downhill from here, folks!
