Over on spn_brotherlove-- which, despite the name, is not for that kind of brotherly love-- forcryinoutloud is wondering why Wincest is being posted. Fair enough. But then lia_van_helsing and her icons have something to say:

I agree. I'm tired of being blindsided by it. It's nauseating and loathsome in the extreme. Not to mention morally reprehensible.

Wincest turns people into sex offenders, it's all the writers' fault, and she's not the one being wanky. Also, she and her icon are not anti-slash.

Small but concentrated wank, like the finest perfume in all the land.

stolismancer makes a post on scans_daily, containing a comic in which the writer, Grant Morrison, inserted himself (no, not as a Mary Sue) so that he could talk with the main character about animal abuse, using comics to preach moral issues, and the recent trend in comics. Or recent at that point, anyway.

There are accusations of interrogating the comics from the wrong perspective, protests that humans really are special, kali921's definition of cruelty, arguments over if might makes right* and name-dropping.

*Not totally sure I understood that exchange, way sleepy. Nobody tl:dr at me in an attempt to explain it to me, please!

Edit: A mod posts to remind people to play nice, thanks to the original post having been tagged with 'watch teh_no wank'. Apparently, there was also some post that teh_no had made right before that which had been judged as inflamatory and thus deleted.
