Plagiarism alert!

In Hot Fuzz fandom, a plagiarist has been getting away with things for months! Word for word copies went completely unnoticed until today, when the original OP of these stolen fics sent us mods an email.

Why did the mods get the email?

The plagiarist is phosfate.

For months she's been copying the fic (and we discovered after some clicking, her art as well!) of one annlarimer.

And while I may be no Ms. Lennox, I compiled a quick list of evidence for y'all:

phosfate has had her mod powers taken away (and I would appreciate it if you guys didn't troll her journal. Even though I think most of our friendship has been lies, they were really nice lies) and we're short a mod on this sinking ship.

Sorry. It appears we can't actually give moderator power to a formless entity.

So next in line is cleolinda who tragically cannot fulfil her duties due to failing the mandatory drug test.

But fear not, gentle wankahs, for we had a provision for this in the Fandom Wank Mod Handbook! And in the event of the mod candidate doping up, they shall be succeeded by... Oh.

phosfate will resume her duties tomorrow, all is forgiven, turns out they're the same journal. Who knew?
