	The whole "it's okay to talk behind someone's back but not to be mean to their face" thing is something that I will never understand. Also, someone wondered why it's worse to trash a friend than a stranger? Well, you never implied to the stranger that you had their back, that you were there to support them and care for them. Dear wanking fangirls of every species,

The First Amendment says:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

It is an amendment about what kinds of laws Congress can pass. It does not mean that you have an absolute and unequivocal right to say whatever you damn please, whenever you please, in whatever forum or venue you please, with or without consequences. Please bear this in mind next time you feel the urge to invoke it during a pissing match. Thank you.
