Amazing.

The HP site that never stopped wanking manages to continue causing wanks even after the site has been killed by its admins.

One of the former 'big names' of GT posts this.

It seems that kvader feels that 'various people associated with FA' will be blaming SugarQuill for any problems in the fandom. Of course kvader screens comments by default, so at this time there is only an anonymous comment (and said person calls someone else a 'adminazis') saying that FA will blame one of 'other pro-R/Hr and pro-H/G site[s]'.

However, FA admin Heidi has solved this by posting her reply in her LJ here.

So remember all of you in the HP fandom (and those that are not) that the HP fandom is split into 'pro-R/Hr and pro-H/G site[s]' and FA. If you are not the former then you are associated with the later.

Also, don't quote if you don't have any idea how to do it correctly. I've seen people get banned from message boards for not knowing how to correctly attribute quoted posts. Not like Heidi's going to do that--that's not the way she plays the LJ game--but, you know, fair warning in case you decide to go over to (for example) my LJ and do the same thing. 	Not only is the essay wanky, the art was taken from someone who does a lot of specifically Ron/Hermione art work, and whose permission wasn't asked to have her stuff illustrating the opposite viewpoint. Slightly shady, at the very least. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

sorry to be extra wanky but when you add this http://www.hp-lexicon.org/essay-ginny.html , which caused a large amount of complaint and calls for removal when first posted, in general you begin to doubt objectivity on the lexicon, at least where opinion essays. The ship essay incident hurts because the lexicon didn't even give equal time to the other side of something which is probably the most hotly debated topic in the fandom.

I am actually getting pissed off about this, because
a) I couldn't care less about GT or other het ship places
b) I couldn't care less about FA

...and still avery damn time there's a fandom war people claim that all Potter people belong to one or other group.

I ship Severus/Harry, Lucius/Harry, Lucius/Draco, Severus/Draco, Lucius/Severus and similar. I like violent stuff like Amanuensis writes. That has nothing to do with either het ships or FA. Why do H/D shippers so often presume that people ship either het or H/D?
