Can you imagine?

Bush walked in the door. "Honey, I'm home!" he called. Will glanced up from the sword he had been working on and rushed over.

"George," he said passionately.

"Yes?" Bush said.

"George," he said, "I love you. I should've told you from the very moment I met you. And now that we're together, I say it everyday to make up for the days I didn't say it."

Bush blinked and smiled prettily. It was then Will noticed the swollen red burn on the back of Bush's hand.

"Oh, no!" he said. "What happened?" He gently clasped Bush's wrist. Bush started and tried to draw back. "Sorry," he said ruefully. "Blacksmith's hands. I know they're rough."

"That's okay," Bush said.

"How did you do this to your hand?" Will asked.

"I blew up an axis."

"Oh," Will said.

"Of evil," Bush supplied helpfully.

"Of course," Will said absently, tying the bandage in a knot. He looked up at Bush. His eyes were dark with lust.

"Let's screw," Bush said, "I'm feeling rather randy."

"Sounds like a plan," Will said, reaching on the table for a condom. "Right where I left you," Will said to himself. He frowned when he saw that the lube was on the counter. "Definitely not where I left you."

"I like talking to myself," Bush said.

"Hush," Will responded, pressing a finger against his lips. "Now isn't the time for talking, love."

Uhm. I'm not sure whether to be annoyed or amused.
I guess not enjoying having politics involved in fandoms isn't allowed to be spoken about, because god forbid people not agree with you and you be considered a "wank".

Then again, I'm kind of amused, because at the same time, "the mini-wank within a wank" ended up being the "wankers" coming to an agreement of having our own opinions and not wanting to have a psycho catfight via- LJ comments... so.. does that even COUNT as a wank?

I think it's funny, though. I can laugh at myself. Hell, if everyone is laughing at me for my opinion, I might as well laugh too, right??

I love being someone who goes against the collective norm, and in the process gets called a "wank". I mean. It's one thing if I go, "REPUBLICANS RULE AND ANYONE WHO ISN'T IS A BUNCH OF DUMBFUCKS WHO ARE IGNORANT AS FUCK." I mean, that's totally wankable.
Healthy debate isn't wankable is it, though? But, "hey, that's not cool.. I happen to like find Bush not the WORST thing in the world. (not the greatest, but hardly the worst)" happens to be the worst thing and journaler can read.

Whatever.. Being a republican isn't "cool". Hell, I never was part of the trendy crowd anyhow. I was always with the geeks in the corner. *shrugs*
