So as an [intelligent] avid DDR player, I avoid the namesake's US based fan website, DDRFreak, like the bubonic plague.

Someone brought this post from their message board to my attention:

A guy joins the forums JUST to ask advice on proposing to his girlfriend on the machine.

What baffles me are the people supporting him.

(Not only is it a dumb idea, but for those of you who know the game well, you'll recognize he's going about it the wrong way, too.)

This level of obsession is simply sickening.
