I went and looked at the user info for mutant_high. They're basing the RPG on the two movies as "cannon" but using "select comic book attributes?" I can't see why that wouldn't be causing confusion right there.

But I admit to loving this:

Personal Attack #1. I'm extremely capable of playing Scott Fucking Summers. The number of characters or my free time does not hinder my characterization.
