	It's amusing in it's own completely juvenile way. They do other things besides harassing Phil and April, but that's their main touchpoint. And the parents do get him back, he just usually doesn't show it, since Bam (guy who harasses his parents) also edits the footage to be shown. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

He's half-asshole, half nice guy. He spends most of his time making life hell for them, and then pays them back in little subtle and not-so-subtle ways (eg. He trashed his dad's van and then brought him a new SUV, he took his parents to Vegas to get remarried on their anniversary, etc). It doesn't totally make up for the assholeish heights he occasionally reaches, but they seem to stay a close family anyway.

	Good site here with a explanation about the history of the show. Basically, it's a show about a skateboarder who gets paid by MTV to harass his parents and stir shit up with his friends. BitTorrent is a protocol designed for transferring files. It is peer-to-peer in nature, as users connect to each other directly to send and receive portions of the file. However, there is a central server (called a tracker) which coordinates the action of all such peers. The tracker only manages connections, it does not have any knowledge of the contents of the files being distributed, and therefore a large number of users can be supported with relatively limited tracker bandwidth.

	S stands for Sanguinary, or Sangy, since that's my on-line pen name/nickname/etc. It was made for me by a friend, and I liked it so much I set it as my default on JF (despite the fact that there's a lack of s-names on it) (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	I've passed on the complement. My friend made it when she had a pretty crappy monitor, and had no idea how cool it came out. She thought she looks out some of the "brush marks" thinking they were too much, but they were still there, only too dark for her to see them, and they ended up looking just awesome in the end.
