If it's an April Fool's joke, it's the least funny April Fool's joke in the history of fools.

You know, in France they don't play jokes on April 1st. They give each other chocolate fish. I recommend that everyone take up that practice. If you were planning to play an April Fool's joke on someone, let it go and give 'em a chocolate fish instead.

Chocolate fish are usually funnier anyway.

That's one lame-ass joke. There's just nothing inventive enough about it to be funny. Maybe if you know the people involved quite well, there are jokes to be found, but many of the followups would seem to suggest otherwise.

I liked one of the bystanders' comments: "Sweet muscular Jesus! Well, next time I open my lj and the first thing I read is an entry where you appear obviously confused and hurt, please remind me not to bother."
