Abby and Jordan/Amy made promises to all of us--to introduce us to the celebs, to raise money at boE events and give that money to charities, to throw a wonderful tentmoot festival--and they have not followed through. Why do you feel that you should hold up your end of the deal? Theoden threw out Grima Wormtongue when he realized Grima had deceived him.

Of course, it would explain everything if Jordan Wood had led everyone astray because s/he had secretly sworn allegiance to the Dark Lord... wait! No! Maybe s/he's been possessed by a palantir! Or s/he's got one of the lesser Rings! That's right, one of the Ringwraiths turned to internet fraud and identity theft after the end of the Third Age...

I'm going with the palantir theory, I think. Maybe all the palantirs have disguised themselves as computers.

And lo and behold, you know what happened about tentmoot? "Tall" Paul Randall, Brian "Ted Sandyman" Sergent, and Jed Brophy from WETA all flew over from New Zealand (on tickets that I PAID FOR WITH MY PERSONAL CREDIT CARDS) and spent 2 days in LA...hang on to your seat...hanging out and sightseeing with Abby and Jordan. And the only reason Lawrence 'Lurtz" Makoare wasn't hanging with them too was that he didn't show up at the airport in time to get his airline ticket (which I also paid for) before I caught onto Jordan's scam and cancelled his flight.

Woah. This is really the one wank to rule them all. I've never seen such an elaborate scheme before, and this is definitely going down in the LOTR fandom history books.

Seriously, I'm beginning to think that OB and Jordan Wood are smart people to begin with.

	You know, I've been poking around the BoE fanpage, and it seems like such a nice organization. It's sad, really. A grassroots charity organization, or so it was thought. Had it been legit, it would have been a really nice thing. Too bad for Amy and OB...they...they...screwed it up Tentmoot sounds a lot like Nimbus 2003, except Nimbus wasn't corrupt (Reply to this)
