Actually (to turn the question sideways a little) I was just thinking today that I bet the decrease in comments here on FW lately might be partly due to most of us having less icons. Blurty had six icon slots for free users, JF has three. Less slots = less GIPs and compliments and discussions about icons. People were making icons out of any cool quotes that came up at the Blurty FW... now they're not bothering as much, because no one has the free slots to use new icons.

Anyway, my point is just that icons are very conducive to all kinds of wank. SAMPLE, anyone?

Seven's for early adopters . . . it's five for free users (who missed the early adopter boat) now. According to the FAQ it said five, though the original LJ code specified three and that only just got fixed.

But yay, I can now have this icon. *cackle* (I also made one that said "Hate" instead of "Fear," but I'm not feeling quite that vitriolic at this particular moment.)

But 15 is too many, too many! I sit for hours trying to decide which icon is appropriate: well, I like the "kill" one, but I used that in the last thread.... then I could used "gasp" but I like to save that for more cute moments.... I don't think this really warrents a crazy... using the "misunderstood" will only look like I couldn't be bothered to change off default... what the heck is "viggohotsexgod!!!!11" and dare I use it?

*sighs* So much work, for just a simple comment! Can't you see I'm the one suffering here?!

	Yes, I've also noticed a decrease in the amount of sockpuppets used (now there are none). These things happen, maybe things'll pick up when we don't have quite so many posts and the comments get spread out. Maybe we'll go our seperate ways. But through hell, PR and high water Domlijah will remain true and until that crumbles, there is still much, much snarking to be had. (Reply to this)(Parent)
