VNV Nation Wank
For awhile, there's been a VERY irritating member of the group known as "Red Garret". He basically spent a lot of time posting incomprehensible shit. Eventually, a couple of the regulars get tired of him and call him on his meaningless drivel. Now, it has come to this: LOADS of WANK! Or at least it's getting there. This is on a Yahoo ML, so bear with me.



Red Garret:

As long as I feel some people are listening I
might as well say this. If this group isn't about
giving someone who is needing a little bit of a
helping hand (& I stress a little bit) what is it
about? Correcting spelling & promoting
self-important partying? There are people out there who are
having troubles. I know many of them. If they
reach out here & you guys are all stupid b****** to
them well then what does that say about you. I
have friends who've OD, suicide whatever.

Fortunately I'm fine & I know what to expect from
people like you. Not all people do. If this is
what you people are about, what makes you think I
want to be a part of you. I'll go somewhere &
start my own damn group that may not have anything to
do with the Internet. Have any of you "weekend
Goths" ever heard of a band called the Bau Haus or
a song called "Double Dare". If you are not an
"artist" out there in the trenches, suffering for
what you believe in, you seem pretty f******
worthless in my eyes.

As for me, I keep "Holding On" (VNV) but it keeps
running "Even Deeper" (NIN). I think many of you
people have no idea what this is about.

info@vnvnation.com and tell him that everyone in the Yahoo group
thinks you're a waste of natural resources. Plead your case, and he
can respond here with what he thinks is appropriate (if he chooses).
He's a fair gent, a level-headed guy (unless he's been at the Vodka-
bull again, in which case avoid mentioning lederhosen), and can
provide an impartial judgement. I'll promise to stand behind
whatever he recommends so long as you do as well. This is, as has
been pointed out, a VNV Nation group. Let VNV Nation then decide if
