End of an era?
It's probably a pretty sad day for the wider community of lj wank. Unless of course, it's just that pesky 1st April...

And while you're at it, check out the almost certain splooge-age at anti-fandomrape!

Haven't had a chance to look through it properly yet, but there's got to be wank in them thar hills somewhere. In a quick scan I spotted anti-yaoi, anti-rps and that favourite 'lets rape the fic-writers' post from a while ago.

Edit: My favourite quote from that comm so far: "UPDATE: I SPELLED THE WORD "WRITING" TOTALLY WRONG, SO I WENT BACK AND TOTALLY CORRECTED THE MISSPELLING! I SO WANT TO WRAP A PLASTIC BAG AROUND A FIC WRITER'S HEAD!"

Ahhh... Caminante is truly a gem of wank. He suggested that rapefic authors be raped with knives by AIDS-infected robots. He also has a tendency to TYPE LIEK THIS, ramble on for ten paragraphs, then sum up his statements by posting pictures of Nicaraguan terrorists that have really really large moustaches.

And he adores Sakura from Card Captor Sakura.

Did I miss anything?

Ah, I only wish that LJDrama would go the way of the dodo. Just goes to show that they are so lame that they can't even come up with something unique or amusing for April Fools, instead going for the "Huh huh huh huh, dat's funnay" kind of humor that goes over well with lobotomised trolling social and internet rejects big LJDrama fans.

For what it's worth, three people on my LJ flist believed that, until I reminded them of the date. I must say, I found it kind of amusing because they asked people to write to them about it and nothing makes me happier that seeing LJDrama people look silly.

Hm...I immediately see the problem with anti-fandomrape being that different people find different things squicky. I think the biggest one is this: If you just don't like slash. My first questions is, "What if the slash is canon?" Another thing listed is bestiality, and as I am currently rereading A Spell for Chameleon from the Xanth serious, I must supress giggles. I also wonder about 'odd pairings' being on a list. What is defined as a odd pairing? Is that a pairing that is not supported by canon or a pairing that is not written very often? After all, I've seen fandoms where the canon pairings are featured less that off the wall pairings are.

To summerize: They are so going to get wanked.

Then again, the over idea doesn't seem bad.

No, see, you missed Hermione's Magical Sex-Change Operation in the Super -Sekret Speshul Edition of Order of the Phoenix. It also contained a controversial romance between Firenze and Dobby, and a scene where Voldemort waxed poetic about his love of Chocolate Frogs.

Does she realise that that pairing is Teen Titans canon? Because, um. Hehehehe! We didn't get that naughty idea from tv, honey, we got it from comics published in the 70s. In black and white, even - at least mine were.
