Long time reader, first time poster.....bare with me, and feel free to bash me over the head if I sound stupid....

I find myself highly amused by some of the wanks the fans of "The Tribe" go off on. Latest <s>wankfest</s> scandal....

The whole problem starts over the fact that the the costume department for the show uses **gasp** real <a href="http://www.tribeworld.com/life/tribestyle.asp">rabbit fur on a costume</a>. Which leads to one of the little tribal fanatics to get upset, and I assume to email the official website. She gives a quote that I assume she got in an email from them (she never states so, and I can't find it anywhere on the Tribeworld site).

The shows staff responds in the thread, explaining it all in their usual fashion. Next comes all the fans charging in to jump all over the orginal poster.

Its a small wank, but in usual tribe fandom style, it has the potential to grow huge as the fans have a tendency to break down and start slinging unrelated insults at each other.

<b>NextDay Update:</b> The originator of the thread has now moved on to accusing the show's costume department of going out and purposely killing rabbits just for costumes. Someone points out to the <s>silly twit</s> concerned fan that they are pretty sure they just bought it somewhere. Oh, and she now plans on killing her dog because she needs a new jumper.
