Wow, two in a row. Must be my lucky night. =P
Someone posts the prologue to an original novel of theirs in [info]yaoi. Contains highly controversial Gays Vs Religion-ness, but so far I admit it does look interesting. All is fine, until [info]croik begs to differ. The OP's response is a short, but simple "it's fiction".

Croik basically tells the poster no one will like her novel/take it seriously unless she makes some changes. Personally I think it could've been worded a little better...maybe leaving out the "You should do it so everyone else will like it" type stuff? But, she does have a point. (I'm not taking sides here.)

The OP gets a little defensive, other people add their voices.

Okay, so maybe it's not a full-blown "OMG U HAT MY STORY UR SO MEEEEEN!" or "Your story is crap cause I said so now never write again". But still...
