Apparently Irish pride=Jewish bashing out of left field?
I guess this would have been more of an ideology_wank post way back when, but it has to do with Irish pride, which, for some, is a fandom in and of itself, at least from what I've observed.

Posted on St. Patrick's Day:
"This is my day. We are the most successful group in America...well I think second to the Jews. We're cooler because you never hear people argue over who's more Jewish."

No, apparently "we" just bash the Jews.
