Beatle wank (sadly no footage) O.o
Figured I'd bring some of the Originally Wanky Fandoms up here. And believe me, as far as splooge goes, Beatle fans just might have invented it. I wasn't even there to see it first-hand, but the stories man... Plus the fact that some fans can still go blind from the self-pleasuring after so many years. It's a thing of beauty. Unless it's the Old Skool wankers going blind, with their hairy palms and scary Beatle-cut comb overs...

Rambling aside, I was browsing the McCartney fan forums, and came across this exercise of hypocrisy and "interesting" debate. Warnings for sometimes very annoying signatures.

The short version for the lazy (because I am generous):
Random Fan1: OMG I found Paul bashing when I googled for "I hate yoko"!!! TEH PAIN!
Random Fans2&3: Umm, dude, hypocricy much?
One fan or two: OMG I HATE HER TOO!
Other fans: That's so not cool. And let's just ignore the Yoko issue plz~!

And then two board members start arguing back and forth but the damn jizz is in my eyes and I can't discern what they're trying to say anymore...

Incidentally, the OP doesn't make a peep.

Of course, if you follow the links to the offending site, there's a nice bit of juicy splurt too.

Extra offer: No fandom is complete without the Wacko Nutties and conspiracy theories and psychics, right? Look no further. Beware of the freaky pop-up flash. I don't know whether to be amused or afraid. *cries*

Actually, yes. As much as it may amaze.

Although it all got so clear when I found out that the maintainer of the biggest Yoko fan pages was *DUNDUN* Finnish! Not me though.

It's a big Scandinavian conspiracy. Next thing you know there's going to be a "Imagine" collection of Ikea goods.

I wouldn't mind that as long as Yoko doesn't sing the jingle.

My only issues with Yoko stem from the way she treats Julian.

the rant was outrageous - it was pretty much pure fabrication and totally disrespectful.

This is an outrage! Here I was looking for God's Own Truth and respectful opinions when I typed "I hate Yoko" into google. This drivel doth hurt mine eyes! I demand a recount!

Bah, that's nothing! Didn't you know that Steven King shot John Lennon? By order of Reagan and Nixon?

I actually talked to this guy in person (he had a van covered with "evidence" for his theory), and he said that King's novel Fire Starter was a piece of the evidence. "Bwuh?" you might be thinking? Well, see "pyrokenetic" equals "fire", which equals "burning gunpowder", which equals "gunshot"; yep. Genuine, vintage Crazeh, standing less than a foot from me.

No, no, man. It was the evil writer inside Stephen's head, which came to life without ol' Stephen knowing about it and got pissed because Stephen wasn't writing what he wanted Stephen to write and....

Wait. I'm using two different books in that one, ain't I?

Dude. If Stephen can be blamed for some kid shooting up his classroom, then why not blame him for John Lennon? Because we all know that Stephen's just one seriously fucked up serial killer who uses his books to put people under his spell and make them kill and if you'll excuse me now, there's a pair of dead twins at my door and blood on the walls. Ciao.

Whoa, a kid shooting up his classroom blames it on Steven King? Or is this one of King's novel's? <confuseled>

No, that actually happened. Years ago. I don't remember where. Kid read that story (it was under the Richard Bachman pen-name) about a kid who held his algebra class hostage. So this kid (the real life one) takes a gun to school and starts shooting, then blames it on the story. Nevermind that there was only two shots fired in the story, and none of the kids in the classroom died. And nevermind the fact that it was a STUPID ASS EXCUSE FOR KILLING PEOPLE.

Frankly, I loved the story. Now, if only I could remember the title of it.

The Beatles and Yoko = The original "OMG WE HATE HER CUZ SHE CAME BETWEEN TEH HOT GUYZ!!!" fight.

(Even if it wasn't a girl coming between a gay relationship, it's still the same kinda principle.)

I'm only 21 so all I know of the Beatles' history is what I read in books and such. XD;;;

...And now I'm wondering if fandom wanking existed back in the days long before the internet.

... *pictures people wanking about The Honeymooners* X_X;;; SCARY thought.

Har har, I was just thinking about that before I wrote this up! It's pretty amazing how much in common there is to the modern yaoi/slash fandom and the Beatlemania of yore. Just think about it: Four cute boys who sing about holding hands and make interesting jokes about marrying each other...

Beatles, The Slash Before Slash.
