Current mood:*sporfle!*

Harry Potter is liberal propaganda!
My First Wank *booty slap*

Stormcloud Empath can't understand how you can
Lub Harry and be Conservative!

Up Next: "The Prisoner of Azkaban" vs The Death Penalty!

*Goes back to singing "This Land is Your Land" from JibJab.com*

Mini Wank so far, but it's bound to grow.

ETA:

Stormcloud(like a true politician)has Flip Flopped on the issue!

I feel very much enlightened now, actually. However foolish it may have made me look, I'm glad of the response this thread has received.

That's telling those mean right wingers. *nods fiercely*

Liberals. Do. Not. Like. Big. Government. We just like responsible government.

Take THAT Elephant party! *karate chop*

Potter/Voldemort in 2008!

If this person doesn't think Republican neoconservatives can be HP fen, she obviously has never been to the Sugar Quill (or at least not looked at their journals!)

I was going to say...! So many of the authors I read in HPdom, when I sneak by their LJs I am horrified by the hardcore conservative views.

Hardcore Republicans love to write smut about fictional teenaged wizards and their magical creatures, I suppose?

Those Quillers neoconservatives like Angua (http://www.livejournal.com/users/angua9/132624.html), Zsenya (http://www.livejournal.com/users/zsenya/28288.html), Jedi Boadicea (http://www.livejournal.com/users/jediboadicea/17652.html), just to name a few.

Oh bless its little anonymousey heart. Arabella's not even on LJ any more because she can't accept the fact that people don't agree with her, poor thing, and then there's Wahlee98, ask her about the right to marriage sometime, oh, that's right, she doesn't believe in it. Seriously, take a look on Fandom Scruples' friendslist--where do the names on there come from? SQ and dead!GT. And what are their politics?

*eyeroll*

I fail to see how an individual's "politics" have any correlation to creating and enjoying a Harry Potter fanfiction site. Perhaps you can enlighten me? The fact that you claim to know everyones' "politics" is entertaining. I bet both the Bush and Kerry camps are clamoring for your "sekrit wep0n."

You should probably just stop using that all purpose label of "politics" to pigeon-hole groups of people. Since you haven't defined these "politics" one wonders how even you know what you're talking about. Each of those people have different individual ethics and morals which can't be lumped together under a love for a literary series simply because one has nothing to do with the other.

Oh, by the way, thinking happy-happy incest fic is wrong does not a conservative make. And, by the way, in case you are wondering, the converse of that statement is also true. :)

Wahlee98, ask her about the right to marriage sometime, oh, that's right, she doesn't believe in it.

Because of religious reasons.

Obviously not! Who wants to bet she's never even read an SQ thread in her life?

More notable Quiller right-wing nutjobs: awelkin (http://www.livejournal.com/users/awelkin/254466.html), themorningstarr (http://www.livejournal.com/users/themorningstarr/263391.html) and [info]bucketgirl.

Alas... it's pinko-commie all the way here. And yes, proud Sugar Quiller as well. (They let me stick around as long as I swear to uphold their fascist regime.)

Awelkin is anything BUT a "right wing nutjob" - she's a diehard leftist, and absolutely loathes the conservitive US right.

Your obvious hatred toward anyone you deem "religious" is hypocritical and very typical of someone who probably otherwise calls themselves "liberal."

You and your Fandom Scruples. Would you SHUT UP!? It doesn't take a genius to see that the community was created to promote the people on the "Black List" and cause unwanted wank for the people this person was really targeting.

Translation: It was created by one of your friends, not one of theirs.

I'm not a SQ-er, a GT-er or a PP-er. I'm just an observant lurker who notices how time and time again, you want to re-kindle the short-lived attention you got from from a person who wasn't even worth the time the fandom spent on him.

It's old news now. It's as boring and unimaginative as you are. You can't revive it, it's dead. Why don't you leave it dead, or do us all a favor and die along with it.

Ok I can't believe I'm asking an anon about this, but I joined HP fandom in 2003. So one of her friends created a website to bash...herself? *scratches head*

Opposition to gay marriage on religious grounds is so neo-conservative.

I think you should add 'Basic Political Terminology 101' to 'Researching SQ members' real political leanings.'
