"You shouldn't call yourself a slash fan, saying you're a fan of something sounds stupid!"
Aristide doesn't like people saying "I'm a slash fan" because it sounds stupid. Other people comment, some even saying what good intelligent little fans SHOULD say.

Not a whole lot of comments, but the post in itself is wanky, not to mention offtopic. :P

I say, "I am a femslash fan." It can denote interest. If someone tells me they like het/slash/femslash, then I know what fan fictions to recommend to them.

(I have nothing against femslash, but I always find myself envying all the multi-orgasmic nymphos with perfect bodies, which I suspect is not what the authors intended.)

Ahem. What fandoms do you like?

To start you off, Kat-chan's With the Wind at My Back, which is a wonderfully cute Yuugi x Anzu for the Yu-Gi-Oh fandom. It also happens to be one of the best AUs out there.

And if you like her style, you should check out Outcasts, which is a Thief King Bakura x Kisara fan fiction.

If you are looking for yaoi, I heavily recommend Sukaigetsu or JudyNFran. Sukaigetsu has some excellent smut scenes and proves that there's nothing wrong with writing Malik x Dark Malik x Dark Bakura x Bakura. (OT4!1!1!!!) Fran has some nice shonen ai.
