Granted I've never actually read any Anne Rice, since I read the wanks on her on F_W before I picked up one of her books. But if her actual novels are anything like that, then *cringe*. Maybe it's because I was raised on writers like Douglas Adams, but her writing style sends up big red "Danger! Crap ahead!" flags in my head. >.o
Well that and the whole pad-sucking thing.
