Alias Actors Wank...
The basic backstory to this is that Jennifer Garner and Michael Vartan who play a couple on Alias also dated in real life. Then they broke up and it is generally assumed that JG was the one that broke up with him, not vice versa. And so ensues the wank.

I just read something rather confusing in sd-1, but apparently there are rumors Michael Vartan might leave Alias, maybe next season (after the fourth, of course). If he is, I´m leaving with him!!!!! What on earth is going on? First we hear rumors "they" (you know who) break up, then they didn´t, then some Ben appears on the radar, then no, no Ben... Then yes, they broke up, and yes, some Ben around... BUT, some people (including Jennifer Garner in an interview, unless it was made up) say, "don´t worry, they´re still friends", "that won´t affect the show", "they´re ´professionals´", etc., etc. Yeah, professionals! Who can be with a broken heart? I don´t buy that "they are actors, they can act"; give actors a break, they have feelings too. OK. [...blahblahspoilercrap]
And if both Michael Vaughn and Michael Vartan are in pain, my heart aches to say this but I think it´s better if he leaves, I just can´t bear the thought that he´s suffering! I don´t think I´d keep on watching, I´m so sorry but I´m very disappointed at a certain gal ... It seems most Alias fans either don´t care about what´s going on with this(ex)couple, or are just happy JG found a new love (in real life... that is, so far; maybe on tv soon too?)... WHAT ABOUT MY MICKEY? Ok,
ok, "our" Mickey, I know he has a billion or 2 other fans, heehee! I´m following him forever!Don´t get me wrong, I didn´t even start watching Alias because of him, it was Victor Garber and Bradley Cooper who attracted me in the first place, then the plot... And then this French God glued me to the show! But it would be too painful for me to continue watching if he leaves. Sob! Oh, and sorry for the long mail, I know you must be sobbing for this too! That, or snoring ! Ok, I hope you don´t already hate me for saying all this, but I just needed to get this out: I LOVE YOU, MICKEY!

Then there's some people saying that Michael Vartan is the worst part of the show, they don't care if he leaves, blah blah blah. Then a small dose of someone sane.
Jennifer Garner has the right to date anyone that she wants. If she doesn't want to be with Vartan anymore, that is her right.
And now ANA is back.
On to the personal issues, of course Jennifer Garner has the right to date whoever she wants. However, I don´t mean to be tough, but I´m a little troubled with her romantic ways. First, the timing: in just c.one year she left a hubby -SF- to hook up with a costar -MV- only to dump him as well for another costar -BA. I know we can´t be sure of anything, maybe SF and/or MV dumped her, and then she moved on... But by all accounts I´ve heard and read so far, it seems it happened the other way around, and that ain´t saying nice things to my ears, where´s all her sweetness??!!! Second, maybe I´m not very celebrities savvy, but I don´t think I´ve ever heard of an actress dumping-hooking up with 3 consecutive co-stars, in such a SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. Hey, not even an actor. Have you? So that makes you wonder about her maturity level (she´s no longer young) among other things (uhummm!), and, is a future co-star her next boyfriend? I´d be worried with such a reputation she´s getting...
Please don´t be upset with my words, I´m only stating things as we can all see them. I´ve even read people comments in other clubs/forums using certain "language" to describe her behaviour, which is unfair, I think, because people usually don´t say that kind of things about men (for instance, my adored Mickey is no saint, I´m not blind), but unfortunately in our world, that´s what you get when you date "like that", being a gal!
Everybody is entitled to one´s opinions, but I honestly didn´t appreciate that comment, Scott, that Michael VARTAN is the worst thing about Alias. You meant Michael VAUGHN? It´s your right, of course, to dislike anyone strongly, so if you really meant Vartan, fine. Just please don´t get upset if I tell you I´ve started disliking Jennifer Garner, very very strongly, and currently she´s off my "faves" list... Unless proven innocent, lolol! Honest, I´m eating all my words if we ever find out it was Foley and Vartan who dumped her; everybody has the right to move on with her life... NOW, if only we ever hear this...
It's just so hard to cut down ANA's emails when she just starts going off about how much she loves Mickey. :P
Someone responds that in the new US Weekly (the be all, end all of factual information) there's a blurb about how Affleck and JG both dated co-stars. And then ANA is back at it. This time talking about how "ladies" act.
Thanks for the info, Kelley, lolol! But my main point is that she´s done this in a very short period of time and, besides, however unfair this may sound, that´s simply not what us ladies do (in most cases, of course, unless you´re certain class), especially leaving a husband -that was 50% Michael´s fault, but hey, it takes two to tango, she was supposed to say, "hey dude, I´m married, stay away from me!" Boy, how I wish they had never dated... I mean, men tend to react more physically, whereas we females usually need more time (among other things) to be seriously involved with a guy... Of course I´m aware many actors and actresses, perhaps most of them, always end up hooking up with people in their same environment, this is only logical; don´t we all? But the timing, the timing! And, haven´t Foley, Vartan and Affleck been her main costars around the time she hooked up with them? (Imagine if we the common unkown were to do that, we change offices, and we get a new beau! I know some do! LOLOL!) I know there are like two other actors, Mark Ruffalo one of
them, but I believe they are (or were at the time she worked with them) married -and for me, not cute enough, heehee... Oh well. I don´t care anymore about her, I just care for Michael and hope he is or soon will be ok. Sorry guys, if I made anyone uncomfortable...

she's trying...LOL....however, I don't think you or I, or ANYone else, has
the right to sit in judgment of Ms. Garner's "romantic ways"....she's been
discreet in her personal life and, while she did divorce her husband, it's
not up to us to guess who left who...MANY things happen in a marriage that
'cause it to end....sometimes it's not anyone's specific fault...and
sometimes it a little of both....I've been married for 23 years....I know a
little bit about marriage...;)
Bottom line: it's none of our business!!!!!!!!!...LOL....

There's like three different threads of discussion, all about Vartan or Bennifer II going at the same time. So while ANA is ranting endlessly about ladies and basically how much of a ho she thinks JG is we have Marcie...Marcie loves astrology.

Certainly I wish them great happiness if it is true...but I feel so bad for Michael. How I wish I could comfort him, lend him a shoulder(or arm, or leg or whatever) to cry on. Hmm...he is only a couple weeks older than I am, if I compare my astrology chart to his, I guess I'd have to blame Pluto. Pluto sucks.

My friend said her newsgroup did the astrology charts of Jen, Ben, and Mike a couple weeks back (which she prompted, being a huge Alias AND Ben fan). It was very clear who dumped who and how "he" is having a really hard time right now...so I send him much love and light. Not that Jen and Ben don't deserve good wishes, but they seem to be doing just fine. I am hoping she can get the information from the archives and pass it on to me.
