I'm a Lost Boys fan, and have been for about two years now. Saw it at the rental store and rented it. I quickly joined in the fandom, which is small, and yet scary. While you can generally find those who are intelligent and probably older than you (I'm only eighteen), there are teh teenies. And they are frightening.

It all starts when someone asks "Who's your favorite Lost Boy or Lost Boys character?" -- that's when it all goes downhill (or was the original post already at the bottom?).

As if that isn't enough, the discussion degenerates into talk of fan fiction. This is where the splooge hits the fan and it is truly frightening.

I weep for humanity. Can we slip a little -- read: gallons and gallons of -- bleach into the gene pool? Please?

And, of course, the majority of these kids are around fourteen and fifteen, so I won't mock them much. However, saying that Kiefer Sutherland is no longer attractive because he doesn't look like he did back in '86-87 is simply unacceptable. Moreso because it almost translates as: "He looked better with the badly bleached mullet."

But yes, apparently David reigns supreme among the teenies of Lost Boys fandom. bcuz hez sooooo hotttt omg!11!1 (Ow, that hurt.)
