Hi, everyone! I have a Wank Story (kinda like a Baby Story, only without the baby, and with wank,) from the GAFF forum. It seems to have started in an RP, though I can't find the original post. The players are Karmyn31, and the forum that revolves around her. Here's a brief synopsis:

Karmyn31: Me! Hey, me! Me! Me! Me!

Everyone else: Uhhh, okay.

Karmyn31: Fine, ignore me. I'll just DIE!

Everyone else: Whatever. Anyway.

Karmyn31: I'm leaving. I said, I'm leaving! Really! This time I'm REALLY leaving!

Otehr people: Okay! So go!

Karmyn31: You guys are all mean! You hate me! Everyone hates me so I'm leaving so there goodbye!!111! FOR REAL THIS TIME!

A few fangirls: OMG We luff U PLS STAY!@!!11 Ignore teh MEANIES!

Everyone else: Okay. Stop it now.

Karmyn31: I'm sorry! Don't blame me, I have clinical depression! Depression! Me! Me, me, me, me! Me with depression! And, in case that wasn't enough information, I am also a virgin and will probably always be, so feel sorry for me!

Everyone else: ...uhhh...Okay.

Karmyn31: But I'm sick and poor and trying to write a sex scene! TEH STRESS! Stop picking on me!

Everyone else: ...

Karmyn31: Okay, I'm not really leaving. Hey guess what! MY BIRTHDAY IS COMING UP! SO EVERY1 PAY ATTENTION TO ME!

Everyone else: By the way, GAFF is getting pointless. Can a bunch of people stop with the pointless posts and trolling?

Karmyn31: Stop picking on me! You're mean to me! It's all about me!

Everyone else: Karmyn31, chill out.

Karmyn31: A whole thread about me! And why you shouldn't pick on me!

Everyone else: Shut the hell up already! Jesus Christ!

Site Guru: Settle down.

Karmyn31: Nothing a little ass-kissing won't fix!




For the record, this person is 29 years old, okay? We're not talking about a preteen drama queen here.

Last I checked they made medications for stuff like this, but that would require her actually DOING something and not feeling sorry for herself and lord knows we can't have that.

I'm a regular poster, and I didn't even know anything was going on till last night. Probably because I don't hang out on the forum all day and only check threads if they look interesting. I did stumble across the very end and was hopelessly confused as to what all the fuss was. I want to thank Fandom_Wank for posting the various threads, at least I now have a clearer idea of what's going on. Though I hadn't seen 'Ode to the Guru,' which must've been posted since I went offline yesterday.

And Coyote, GAFF's still full of smart, snarky people. For me, GAFF's all about picking apart the godawful stories. I doubt this'll effect me much, as I wasn't even really aware it existed. But it probably explains why a couple of regulars aren't posting anymore. Couldn't handle the wangst, I imagine.

For the record, I'm older than Karmyn and have suffered from depression since I was in my teens. The difference being I know that being depressed doesn't give me free reign to hijack an entire forum and hold it hostage just because someone said something to me on another site that hurt my feelings. It's called 'acting like an adult.' She might want to try it some time; it's actually fairly easy to do, once you get the hang of it.

I love how everyone queues up to describe their own mental angst in order to demonstrate how fucking fantastically they soldier on and deal with it because they're such fucking fantastic people. Yup, it's a valid point, but when it's been said once, does it really need to be said again by everybody else over and over again?

I do love how everyone was being so reasonable (surprisingly so in fact), and in response Karmyn generously wishes them death. I think she's funnee. I want to keep her.

Being a regular user at GAFF, I can say this much: she's pissed of pretty much most of the members. At first the reaction was "Oh, I'm sorry Karmyn, poor you". Then : "Ok...well how about we give you some advice on how to cheer up?" In the end it was just "Shut the hell up, dammit!"

She really makes me sick sometimes, just by looking at her posts. I don't bother with her wangst because she's just not worth my time.

And not only that, but she's NOT a newbie to GAFF. Oh no, she was there at LEAST since March, I can recall. That's about half a year, unless I miscalculated. You'd think that she'd have learned by now, but NOOO.

Also, the last post (from 10/13) is gone. She edited. Can someone quote?
