	Sadly, I know those people. The petition was serious. No, really. Follow the links back to their livejournals. They thought -- actually, nevermind. As for a show that needs to be put out of its misery, I nominate The Simpsons. The first eight or nine (maybe ten) years of the show were amazing, and it's still one of the most brilliant shows of all time. The last few seasons, however, have sucked ass. I used to watch weekly, but now, I rarely watch at all.

Also, what's the point of having a Treehouse of Horror these days when it has aired after Halloween for the last few years?

Wow. I did not intend on ranting so much here. I need some more mac and cheese.

	For what it's worth, I totally agree with you RE: The Simpsons. I think that it's one of those shows that everyone acknowledges hasn't been at its prime for years and years, but no one really wants to see go... even if we'll always have syndication and DVD box sets.
