This is kind of like being in the check-out line at Mayfair, idly reading the magazine headlines when a 64pt banner jumps out at you screaming: "Pictures of Viggo Mortensen's Giant Cock!" - only to discover after ten minutes of flipping past 40 pages of weightloss ads that they did, infact, mean his pet rooster.

I especially liked the part where it wasn't that great of a quote in the first place, although the bit with someone begging people to wank so that it could be reported here was a nice touch.

I always get sucked in by those damn tabloid headlines, and I'm always disappointed. Why do I never learn? *sighs*

No, I think that's fine. :)

But I do think it's bad that Lucas makes bitching trailers that are miles better than the actual films. I mean, Attack of the Colons had a wild wicked trailer (with little Yoda drawing his lightsabre at the end) and then the actual thing was a big steaming pile of shit.

Except for the whole semi-naked Ewan McGregor strapped to a table thing ... Mmmmm ... semi-naked strapped up McGregor ...

But even that wasn't enough to redeem it.

George Lucas didn't rape my childhood. But he did touch it in an inappropriate way.

God, I love spoilers that aren't. I also love people crying out in horror from watching spoilerific trailers that ruin entire movies for the audience. Can you tell I'm a FFVII fan? =x

Nah, I adore Star Wars. It's my One True something or other. But the fandom redefines batshit. At least LotR and HP are recognized for being out of their minds - Star Wars doesn't even get well known for being a bunch of crazy wankers. The books, man. WTF were those last ones?

...if that didn't say enough crap, whatever. I see nothing wrong with spoilerific trailers. Just don't pay attention to your favorite movie that's gonna come out anymore, and you won't get spoiled like whoa.
