Oh, that's actually quite old--she was banned for reporting one of the mods to his local police on suspicion that he might use his new gun to kill homosexuals. No, REALLY. Apparently the mod really is a homophobic asshole, but she sought guidance from no less than three people (myself being one of them) and they all thought she was crazy.

She actually IMed me earlier today (I don't know why ME, since I've done everything but tell her to fuck off and die) and stated her intentions to stop being so wanky. I have strong doubts as to whether this will happen, since she's said it before and I doubt if she understands why people dislike her so much, but since this statement is more recent than the wank shown on SA it's only fair to at least take it into consideration.

SA has its good points, but I really hate the way they come and overwhelm threads with their bitchiness whether it's merited or not. At least we stick to truly wanky things here--I've seen people point out when there's no real wank more than once.

It's been...a lot. Like, not just the major wank-worthy events. A year or so ago, she used to IM me a lot and I saw her as well-meaning but misguided on certain things, like the TOS report I mentioned above. She would always smile and say she understood and then DO THE SAME DAMN THING again. So I wish that she'd un-wank herself, but I just don't have faith that it'll happen.

Amen about that. They're really vicious and singleminded once they've gotten the idea that someone should be targetted. Not that I can say they're aren't some wankers here that aren't the same, but those are far and few. Most of us are willing to live and let live once things have died down, or, like you said, are willing to say that something is a waste of time.

And yeesh. I think that's really the saddest part of it all; she really has no clue, even if she says she does. Who is she trying to fool here? It's certainly not anyone but herself.

I wish I had thought of that when I was being bothered by this asshole with whom I once RP'd. He was being an obnoxious twit so I told him to fuck off and he kept spamming me. Like he had thousands of AIM screen names and kept IMing me with different ones over and over, just saying "bitch" and signing off.
