...Look, if you're girl gamer, great, I'm happy for you, I am, too. It does not make you so special that it can be the only content, or the focus of your post. It does not give you the right to assume that men want to have sex with you the moment you say you're female. If does not give you the right to thrust your gender into everyone's faces. This is the internet, land of anonimity, the moment you announce yourself as a specific label, you're giving yourself up to stereotypes. Please stop being GIRL gamers and just be GAMERS.

Sadly, she's disabled comments on the post, which limits the wank potential but probably makes her more inherently wanky. This was apparently in response to a post last night on the Red vs Blue lj community advertising a community for girl Halo players. The post has since been deleted, so I've no idea what the comm was or what the precise wording was. But you can enjoy an earlier post that began, "i'm a girl who loves halo and rvb. you may now pick up your jaws" where schroe and others partake in, er, "spirited debate" about gender and videogames.

Fun for all! Especially, y'know, all those girl gamers who go around smashing their breasts in everyone's faces. How come I've never met one?
