Zelda Fanart wank pointed out to me from a friend
A bit dated, and a bit small, but still amusing.

Fanartist Magalink posted a piece of fanart back in September of Anju and Kafei from the Majora's Mask addition to the Legend of Zelda family. They are presumably in bed, presumably naked, and presumably having sex. But only presumably.

People freak out and froth at the mouth, of course.

Highlights include:

The assumption that if they are in that position, they are totally doing it
Minors fearing, apparently, comments made by the "super-horny-guys"
Text Cats versus Text Kirbies
"Could be much better, but it's good." "u just kinda trashed Magalink's work. i bet its better than anything u'll ever do! so shut it and go away!!!!"

Among other things. Buzzah-wha?

& there I was clicking on the link thinking OMGSMUT but was sadly mistaken but after scrolling down the comments I'm guessing the median age is like 11? In a way it's kinda quaint to know such innocence still exists - who needs world-weary, jaded ten year olds anyway?

And yeah, it's quaint, but when the kiddies don't grow out of it (my nephew is 15 and gasps at a THONG, fer chrissake.), it either becomes really funny or really disturbing. Give me a jaded brat over a naive one anyday.

Hell, I have a naive 20-year-old friend who besides the gasping about those things is also Miss OMG DON'T SWEAR! I was talking about fandom_wank once and she says, "Don't say "wank" because I know what it means and don't say it!" It was fun at first but it gets irritating after a while. We're adults after all.

Two - I'm seeing nothing but a kiss, and I think they're both shirtless. That's all I know for sure. Sex? Maaaaybe.

The problem is probably that Kafei and Anju were in love and engaged to be married... until Kafei's body was turned into that of (approximately) an eight year old. He's never turned back to his original form in the course of the game, and you can even take part in a long sidequest to ensure that they get married anyway. When I completed the sidequest and the newlyweds said something along the lines of "We'll greet the morning... together" or something, I admit that I screamed a little.

Sure, Kafei's not really a kid in his MIND, but the whole thing weirded me out a little. But it DID help me get the Fierce Deity Mask, which is awesome, so I don't really care in the long run.

EDIT: durp, I just looked at the art, and Kafei looks all growed up. So, uhh, yeah I don't know what caused everyone to freak out. I LOSE AT THE INTERNETS.

Hrm. I remember one of the various shots we're shown after Majora is defeated, we see the wedding but we don't actually see if Kafei is still a kid. I assume he isn't, because the mask is gone and the power should be too. *Shrug* It's been a while since I've played it, so I don't know.

You could very well be right. It's been about a billion years since I played the game, as well. I need to freshen my memory. I think I'll go on a great big Zelda binge to prepare myself for the upcoming new game soon as my passionate, fiery love affair with Katamari Damacy ends. If it ends.

You get clips of what happened to characters you helped at the end of the game. If you beat their sidequest you get to see their wedding, and though you never see his face, it seems as if Anju walks up to him and takes his hand, and then he looks *down* at their joined hands.

So I'm guessing that yes, he did turn back into an adult.

I've played and re-played the ending to Majora's Mask a couple times to find out what happens to Kafei.

By the end, he IS an adult again, but it simply is not shown. When you see the wedding sequence in the end, it is presumably through Kafei's eyes. He's looking down at Anju, indicating that he is larger.
