Andrews turns up at the official Libertines messagae board and posts some of the Pete/Wolfman photos with the comment "I don't know what do y'all think about it but in my opinion there's something wrong when a MALE kiss another MALE in the mouth."

Wank ensues, of course. People call him an 'asshole', he calls them 'GAY' (because the random caps is so needed), desperate wriggling from Andrews and it all descends to playground level pretty quickly.

Personally, I think it's hot when two guys kiss. I think it's hot when two girls kiss. I think it's hot when a guy and a girl kiss. I think kissing's hot, period.

(Well, most of the time. Anna Nicole Smith making out with anyone, even Margaret Cho, is kinda squicky. "Do you want mah BOD-EH?")

I might be in the minority but I don't find those photos remotely hot. It's nothing to do with two guys kissing (I love that) and I'm not even that bothered by drug use, but two guys getting so high they start slobbering all over each other in that embarrassingly creepy "I wuv yoo, maaan" is not at all attractive.

I'd like to add that I don't find these two guys attractive as individuals, either.
Me, I'd say the hottest thing in those pictures is the guitar. That looks like a neat guitar.

So far my favourite comment was the one who tried to turn it around on him by asking about two girls kissing and then calling him sexist. I mean, I think I know what point they were trying for, but... I guess I'm sexist because I like watching two girls kissing just as much as I like watching two boys.

And as much of a prick as Andrews was being, if he'd just replaced the "male" and "male" with "Pete" and "Wolfman" in his original post (and maybe written it better), I'd have to side with him, 'cause Pete and Wolfie is just wrong. Now if Pete wants to kiss just about anyone other than Wolfie, I'm all for that.

My fault, elf. I should probably figure out who the hell I'm talking about before making such posts. I'm referring to the pics posted of the two dudes kissing on the messageboard. Guess they're Pete and Wolfman? I'd love to set a couple of snow monkeys loose on the boys though, because that would definitely be hours of monkey-grooming nirvana.
