Harry Potter and new pope wankage

There is much pope bashing and all is fun and games until kristalie suggests that "Somebody needs to stop those awful books from being published." The wank then explodes.


We have this exchange which quickly degenerates into "commenting to flatter themselves."
emotionriot - i think it was a joke.
crushdmb - I know, I was half joking as well.
eatthepudding - and it sure was half hilarious!

We also have the "COME ON PPL READ SOMETHING GOOD NOT HARRY POTTER!" comment.
crushdmb - I actually liked the first two, but the hype on these books and the movies is WAAAY too much. They are entertaining and I think good, but not GREAT. There are books 9837835x better. COME ON PEOPLE read some classics or something!

Then we have secretivexhero who says she is addicted to Harry Potter, but then feels the need to state that "BTW I am NOT one of those freak nerd kids."
secretivexhero - btw im not some nerdy kid with glasses & braces and has no friends. a lot of people tend to think hp fanatics are like that. im actually pretty hot & i have a lot of friends and have no glasses or braces =D i defy that nerdy stereotype that is the harry potter fandom. and most of them arent even nerds. all the friends i know who like em arent nerdy AT ALL. the ones who dont like em are all like "omgahh harry potter defies all rules of...blah blah" thats the point where i stop listening to their stupid words and give them the finger. lol. they bug me SO much. stupid nerds

It's still relatively small, but I think it has the potential to get huge pretty quickly.
