Oh please, he has no idea who I am. Plus I haven't done a single thing he's accused me of. He's gonna be to tied up in court with Trevor and Hayden's lawyers soon anyway.

I don't know if you had any personal info connected to your site, but he couldn't get them to turn it over without a court order.
There isn't a single lawyer that would have anything to do with him after talking to him for 10 minutes they would know he is a mental case.
Don't let him scare you. He's a pathetic tiny little man with no power so he likes to threaten teenagers to feel big.

First off this guy is not a lawyer. He knows how to copy and paste stuff he finds and make it sounds like he know what he's talking about, but he doesn't. They are empty threats. This is a guy who claims because he is a process server (which I highly doubt he is) that he would know if there were any pending legal cases against him. Being a process server does not grant you access to that knowledge. He is stupid enough to think Trevor's lawyers are going to allow him to serve himself.

Did you save the emails he sent you? Especially the ones after you told him not to email you anymore? With proof that he had full knowledge that you were a minor and continued to contact you after you asked him to stop is harassment. You can call his ISP and make an abuse report.. Trust me they won't take an adult male harassing a young girl lightly. Especially when they get a little peek into what this guy is all about.

His IP address is posted on the Staylefish band board. That's another site he spams. It is the current address he still uses. I would have your parents call his ISP, they will probably take it more seriously coming from them. If they want any additional proof of abuse just give me a yell I have tons.

rofl, we've all been told to delete our accounts by him at one stage or another. Masteryoda777 wrote me something like this once
"Gal-15 you must delete your imdb account and your posts and I will take down 2 of the Justin-berfield websites" (when he was ranting about JB being gay heh)
then he went on about me being part of
a) hollywood
b) gay genocidal minions
c) publicist agencies.
etc. etc. Basically ignore.
He's threatened people with libel suits on here as well.

Jenny you need to contact Trevors management team and find out whats going on. Its something wrong with this man and I am suprised Trevor and Hayden have not taken him to court. I dont know why trevor wont because this man probably has cost him quite a few roles and if I was trevor i would be p#$%%^^ to the nth degree.

he said he was gonna sue trevors management and file a complaint about me,i dunno what i have done that would make me guilty or whatever....there are so many things wrong about this guy,i wish i had saved every email he sent me, because he ignores the things i confront him with becuase and he KNOWS he is wrong about those things.i specifically asked him about him stealing my images (cuz he said i stole his globe image,i didnt tho,i got it from somewhere else),and he ignored that email.i also asked him about other things that he supposedly sees as wrong but does them anyway,he ignored that too....he is definitely a MAJOR hypocrite.

if you wanna know what else he's said,just ask...he is crazy.

Yeah, I didn't get the name either, but there's alot of surfing equipment with the brand name Staylefish and the band is into surfing so I guess that's what it means. I guess the surfer crowd would get it.

Of course Pardo says they chose that name because the think the female genitalia is disgusting and smells like fish and it's their way of letting everyone know they are gay and frightened of vaginas.
