Hey, y'all.

Just a few modly announcements.

Some of you may have noticed this by now, but we've been going around notifying people that we're gonna start cracking down on non-work-safe icons. Work safe here is being defined as no exposed genitalia or nipples, or giant curse words. Or overtly sexual situations.

None of that pg, pg-13, nc-17 crap because that is so debatable. Please follow our guidelines. You're allowed to use your nws icons everywhere else on journalfen. Excepting, of course, communities that specifically ban them like us and we'd really appreciate it if you just remember what keyword triggers what when you comment. We don't want to, but we will crack down on you, kay? Thank you.

Second announcement: YOU CAN NOW CONTACT THE MODS (not that you couldn't before, but now you have an email address) so go check out the fandom wank userinfo to get our email as well as finding out Apoplexia's sexual history.

And our final announcement, Hugsnkisses is back. The day right after I finally give up and put her in the missing in action column. Why? Because she sucks.

LOL, okay point taken... but just for kicks here's the excerpt from my journal to explain:

I walk over to his messy messy desk that's sitting in the front corner. Some words are exchanged, I can't remember exactly what. Nothing too harsh or rude, per say. It was something along the lines of him saying "Don't do this to yourself." and me saying "I can't help it when you make it so goddamn difficult." For a brief moment that stoic wall of snark he always has fell away and I could see something there in his eyes that even now I can't put into words. Without thinking, I leaned forward to kiss him. He turned away so that I got his cheek instead of his lips, and I think he said something like "Don't..." or "No..." even though I could see in his body language that what he really didn't want to turn away from me. Somewhere in the back of my head, the lucid part of me was thinking "Uh... how can we kiss in a classroom full of people and NOT have the Ducklings freak out?"

Then I woke up, highly disturbed that I was dreaming about Hugh Laurie like that. Dr. Chase is way hotter. Ugh, the whole thing reads like Mary Sue badfic. Watching House MD tonight is gonna be weird for me O_O

My flist's reply? "YOU LIKE CHASE BETTER THAN HOUSE?! GO TO JAIL. DO NOT PASS GO. DO NOT COLLECT $200."

Hmmmm. I tend to keep a dream diary and then read over my dreams for the week, taking into consideration what has been going on in my life. Most of the time I can easily see why I dreamed what I did. Is there someone in your life that you feel is making things difficult for you?

Though I'm with your flist - House is way hotter than Chase...though Chase is prettier....;)

	I do a bit of dream analysis as well, and realized that the dream had a lot to do with the fact that I started my new job recently. My first real full-time career job, at that. And I guess I didn't realize how stressed I am about impressing my boss, who while is nowhere as awesome as House, is rather like him.
