Small George R. R. Martin-related wank
Over at asoiaf, a Livejournal community dedicated to George R. R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series, the_faery_queen posts a message letting everyone know that GRRM has his own LJ.

Some people are happy. Some people don't really believe it's GRRM at all, even though the livejournal is linked from his webpage.

Then, the_faery_queen mentions wishing for a recommendation from GRRM's publisher, and childofmarduk goes batshit.

Name calling! Cries of "I'm a better writer than you!" as each side tries to prove that they are the Professional Writer! Spelling errors are attacked! Spelling errors are excused because the_faery_queen is dyslexic!

All in all, bite-sized, but fun.

EDIT: childofmarduk apologizes, while others insist the_faery_queen deserved it.
