Not quite wank
But oh, the potential is *so* there...

Join the x_drama_queensx LJ community!

Ergo the teenie-speak and general teenie angst. Whew boy.

The shit flipping upside down on the mouseover gives me a headache.

I've seen one that just reverses the mouseover, and I must be easily entertained because I played with it for a good few mintues. The upsidedown wigs me out though.

Why would one misspell "like" with a "y"? Don't misspellings usually go towards the more phonetic end of things? I'm just wondering. :)

This is only semi-related to your post, but someone on a mailing list I'm on (as documented here) recently used the word "wimmin" seriously. Yes, "wimmin". I'm a feminist, too, but if you use "womyn", "wimmin", or any variation of, I will point and laugh at you. Again. And again.

Only the one's with drama. The rest of us stuck with more generic slang like, "awesome", "hella", and "tubular". We still go beat up for it, though.

I joke. I don't think anyone, ever, used the word tubular. Except for some really bad television writers.

Zoinks! Me neither. Certainly wouldn't have thought to find one here.

And, no need to apologise. The urge to snuggle is a natural reaction when confronted with a cuddlesome Gervais.

There's something which links Good British Humour with FW. Don't know what, but they seem to click nicely :)

Although I for one, have never seen anything (said by FWers) on FW which is as nasty as some of the things that Graham Norton says. (Although much that is funnier.)

Eh, he's gone down hill since they let him wank five nights a week. There just isn't that mock in the world, being gay and Irish isn't funny *forever*, and really, showing dildos (?dildoes ?dildi) to Nana Mouskouri is like shooting dead fish in a paint bucket.

Back to the wank - isn't it nice to have them all corralled somewhere, knowing you can safely avoid all the teenie weenie angstettes?

I only actually started watching him after he went onto doing it weekdays (it was his Big Brother commentary that sucked me in. Yes, I also watched BB. *hangs head*) No, most of the time it isn't *amazingly* funny, but I shall continue to watch it in the hope that one of the Lotr boys will come on again.

FW is good for pointing out the wank, and maybe forewarning, but we can never avoid it all together can we? (Has had 3 of her friends wanked on seperate occasions.)

What, 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper? Hah! 'Fraid not, but I think Mr. Gervais would be quite chuffed with the comparison.

Everyone says my life is one big soap opera. I'm thisclose to finishing my graduate degree, currently working several temp job types (got laid off from the full-time job that worked with my school schedule) and I'm also working on making my own lampwork beads to sell at fairs and online.

I dunno about all that "job" stuff, but when I see beadwork, I think heavy angst. If that's not a cry for help nothing is.

I know how hard it is sometimes, but you need to get help. It only gets worse if you can't reach out--you'll find yourself doing macrame, or having to explain away your knitting needle scars.

I love your icon.
