Woe unto the Scribes and the Hypocrites: Fic Critique Wank

rageprufrock writes fanfic. I knew her slightly in HP fandom. In fact, we belonged to a certain community... but I'm getting ahead of myself here.

Anyway, she wrote a fic called Hindsight in the SGA fandom, and the_moonmoth "analyzed" her fanfic, in a post on a community called 'The Cutting Board' which is devoted to critical analysis of SGA fics.

This made rageprufrock feel hurt.

A *lot* of her friends then post about how evil it is to say critical things about other people's fanfic.

But it's revealed that rageprufrock belongs to the community, Badficsupport, which is devoted to mocking badfics. I belong myself, but hadn't looked at it for a long, long time. So nice to see it featuring in a wank.

Meanwhile, back at 'The Cutting Board', there's a response.
