What part of "fan fiction" did you not understand? You're here to rip apart some girl's story, and for what? Not a damned thing.

Lemme tell you something, this girl never claimed to be a professional writer. She never begged people to read her fiction. She posted warnings for those who may not wish to read it.

But you did anyway. That's on you.

Instead of being a 3 year old and whining about it on the internet, why don't you just accept the fact that this girl wrote this as a form of expression, and entertainment. If you want to be a big hero and get mad at something in the world, why don't you try getting mad about pollution or the polar icecaps, or whatever the hell hippies like you cry about nowadays.

Doesn't even have anything to do with the argument you follow it with. You fail at playing the rape card. Do not pass go. Do not collect sympathy win of argument.

And uh, maybe your "rapist" never informed you, but rape can also be about forcing someone to submit. It doesn't always have to be about humiliation. It all depends on who's doing the raping. One experience does not define all experiences.

Inuyasha is a demon? OK, so now you've basically told us "why" he raped her in the story. It doesn't stop it from being rape just because he's born "bad". Rape isn't defined by the personality of the person doing the raping, it's defined by whether or not the victim consents to it or not. Anyone who's been laid and raped knows the difference!!!

This forum records anonymous IPs because it can help to fix the problems that allowing anonymous posting can cause. It's standard practice in comms that allow anonymous posting. Getting spammed by anonymice? That's NOT a problem. When FW disallowed anon posting for a while, some people objected precisely because we'd lose the entertainment value of the bouncing hordes of mice. If you check back through the archives, you'll note that the really juicy wanks, the ones that run to hundreds upon hundreds of comments, are more often than not fueled by raging anonymice.

Or even really read this thread? This is SO not about ripping apart a story. Some people, after reading, have had the opinion that her writing isn't exactly stellar, but that's a matter of opinion. The POINT of the post is not about her writing in the least.

From what I understand, the actual point of this thread is the fact that she did so unwillingly, sarcastically, and with implied insults toward anyone who might feel that the warnings were warranted. Plus, she only did that AFTER someone else requested it, and she took enormous offense at the suggestion that someone else might find it objectionable.
