This wank has it all. Blackmail threats, sockpuppets, private e-mails gone public, LJ abuse, private posts made public, then made private, then made public. Can you keep up?

It starts here with [info]yonmei and her post about someone in the Edinburgh area threatening her with blackmail so she has to reveal her alternate identity to the world rather than let the blackmailer win.

My favorite part of the wank is where a friend of Yonmei suggests that LJ Abuse should be contacted to report this crime:

"If it were me, I would just do what she did to those of us she was fighting with and threaten her with reporting her to LJ. Actually, if I were feeling petty I probably would just report it and send them the email she sent you, and ask for copies of anything from her LJ with your name in it in the last few months."

The alleged blackmailer jumps into the fray and posts her own rebuttal here along with private e-mails to prove she didn't threaten Yonmei. Comments are disabled.

The original post where Elance finds out Jane Carnall is Yonmei is here.

Jane/Yonmei ponders that maybe Elance is upset about her dual identities because Jane/Yonmei is known for her harsh criticism of authors on Critical Edge and FCA-L lists and Elance is an author. But that theory is quickly disproved.
