So that's what's inside that thread. (Yeah, I have an account there. It's good for killing boredom sometimes.) I know there are admins/mods, but I've never seen or heard of them deleting a thread. I guess they favor the hands-off approach. There was one incident I remember, the classic "so-and-so is DEAD!!" shtick. The regulars picked the claim apart very very easily, and the thread became frigging hilarious because of the stupidity of the person who posted the original "DEAAAAAAAAAAAD!" cry. The admin response was to shove the thread in the Chatterbox, the official forum for Useless Spamcrap. I thought that was much more amusing than deleting it outright. Mwahaha. I'm actually cheered by the amount of people who do say "Shut up, you're being a dumbass." So far the threads from this place have been one or two huge morons vs. a crowd of more or less normal people with harmless airheads sprinkled in.
