I dunno about the rest of youall, but I have a few friend in the 20-and-under age range who think it's cool or something to so the "sh" for "s" thing when they type-- one consistently writes "yesh" for "yes", etc. She also writes "nu" for "no", "shecksi" for "sexy", etc. I don't see the attraction, personally, but then I'm a stodgy over-30 person so perhaps it's beyond me.

I think the fic in question is a mockery of that sort of affectation. As well as a mockery of lame, OOC, AU yaoi premises. Personally, I thought it was somewhat funny, but even better is how people are spazzing over it.
