My favourite on again, off again wanker, ataniell93, has written the essay, On HP fandom and the Cult of Mean.
." Seems she took some offense totheregoesmygun's poll inspired by onlyinfatuated, and after telling off her friendslist and demanding apologies, she's decided to take a stand against the horrors of HP fandom.
She writes the "commandments" of the HP Cult of Mean, while adding her own thoughts on how wrong or misguided those "commandments" are. Most of the comments agree, because really, who's going to post to an essay about "mean girls" and disagree, thus branding themself horribly and irreparably. It's hitdaily_snitch, however, so we'll see where it goes.
