An Angel Gets Her Wings - Another QAF B/J FanFic Wank

It was only a few days ago when spicytacokisses posted the latest QAF B/J fandom wank on the 2005 QaF Bad!Fic Awards. Now, it seems like the shit has hit the fan again. As one of the "bitter people", I love it.

This fandom cracks me up. It just wanks itself. It's imploded again at _bestoftheworst on the topic of: The Best Of The Worst in QaF fanfic. Check it out:

It started with a really funny tongue-in-cheek review by tamalinn of a fanfic written by gaedhal, who then linked the post to her journal and came by to defend her writing. Her minions followed and hilarity ensued in an eruption of fanwanking. Apparently, this was also perceived by some especially paranoid members as payback for the Bad Fanfic Awards held by jane2005.

The resulting pile-on and accompanying histrionics finally lead the original poster, tamalinn to wisely conclude "i might have to lay low for awhile".

	I am greatly dismayed that Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was snubbed in the 2005 QaF Bad!Fic Awards. I mean, in a way, it's kind of like a fanfic because it's based on a book. And it features gay people, right? (Reply to this)(Thread)

	It's the fic that never ends. I think I quit after I skipped ahead to chapter 30 or so, and it still all seemed lost in space. That and I don't think Brian's all that and a bag of potato chips. 	it is, for the most part. blkandwhtcat is causing some trouble, but everyone knows she's gaedhal's greatest "defender". the reason this is here is because the b/m-ers like wank that's not centered around their own stupidity - check out the michaelandbrian lj community and what they have to say about the last 2 wanks...
