Sometimes, the foes of fandom_wank complain that we're partisan about very important issues like GM foods, women's right to choice and Harry Potter shipping. I would like to hope that this entry proves them WRONG!!!!!

Spilled Ink went and posted a H/G essay over at the LJ comm harry_and_ginny, the gist of which can be summed up in this quote:

Lots on H/Hr shippers have seen R/Hr, but thought it was immature and pointless.

There really isn't that much H/G in the books 1,3,and 4. 5 is hardly useable for any "moments" or whatever you say.

Don't make anything up because you know it's true.

Third of all... for all of you who think she wrote the romance poorly... then why dont you go out, write an award winning best seller series, and then you have the right to criticize her writing. I mean, freedom of opinion yes, by all means, say you didtn like it... say you dont like who she paired or how she paired them... but I think its disgusting that you will just blatantly say that it was poorly written. I hardly believe any of you have enough experience or knowledge on the subject to deem a proffessional writers work, "poorly written."
