babylambda86 posts a Cameron rapefic in the housefic comm, wherein House comes bravely to her rescue. As distressing as the fic is on its literary merits, the truly disturbing part of the icon she originally posted with it: Cameron, wearing a (badly) photoshopped ball gag, and the words "rape victim". Well, that, and this particular quote:

[House] knew this wasn’t the time for jokes or a sarcastic remark, no matter how much he thought [Cameron] deserved it for dressing like a hooker.

In the comments, babylambda requests that her critics be harsh. They oblige:

And...what the hell is up with your icon? Sorry, but that disturbs me in ways I just can't describe, especially if you're writing a rape story. Jesus.

I cannot know what you intended, but your eroticization of this rape disturbs me, and your victimization, (literally, in your icon, labelling her a victim, in addition to treating her as a woman who is helpless and needs defending,) is frightening and tempts me to draw conclusions about your view of women. This may not be what you intended, but I can assure you it is what many readers are getting from it. Fantasies, even fantasies of rape and humiliation, are not intrinsically wrong, but not recognizing them as such is a huge social faux pas.
