Bored By Brokeback Mountain = OMG YR SO STOOPID!!
This is my first time posting, and I couldn't resist pointing out a wank I found on the Godawful Fanfic Board:

I guess you're only allowed to hate movies the great sheepdom hates. Apparently, disliking Brokeback Mountain makes you evil, stupid and intellectually disabled.

I just love this reply, for someone else who disliked the movie:

I think you need to get a little bit of a thicker skin, Fluffdevil. No one does what you're suggesting here. It's simply that if someone attacks a movie in a way that Kitana did, those that like the movie are bound to jump in and question their tactics. Had Kitana made a post that was similar in tone to yours (save for that last snotty and very immature final line you included), no one would be "attacking" anyone at all. Do you get it?

Because, as we all know, GAFF folks are well known for their reasonable, soft-spoken and kind attitudes towards a wide variety of subjects. When it comes to honest debate and discourse, GAFF outdoes St. Thomas Aquinas.

Of course, it all quickly disintegrates into people flaming the original poster for complaining about the cost of the movie--HOW DARE SHE BUY POPCORN!!! BUT POPCORN PAYS THE THEATRE WORKER'S WAGES!! WHY DIDN'T SHE JUST GO ON $5.50 TUESDAY!!!

Itty bitty wank...Great big bowl of popcorn...
