This is clearly one of those "Oooh! Look at me being bad!" joke photos. I'd bet money that if the focus was pulled back to a full image and wasn't just centered on her, Emma's parents, or other relatives or friends are nearby, and they're laughing as she posed with the beer.

I normally don't advocate underage drinking - I mean, I'm not all crazed psycho against it, because I did it, because pretty much everyone does it, I just mean I'm not all "Yay, drunk teens!" - but considering the fact that:

(a) you've already been farmed out as a brood mare to Dan by forty-somethings on the internet who think he's Harry and you're Hermione;
(b) there are entire message boards speculating as to your lovelife, and you're not even old enough to legally have one;
(c) people like to bash you as an actress for the fact that a character in a movie differs from the book interpretation, which is somehow seen to be your fault;
(d) people in this fandom are utterly batshit insane, and I hope you have decent doorlocks;
