Way to Give Plagiarists a Bad Name
This is really only wank-worthy because it's a follow-up to a very memorable wank and involves a very memorable wanker.

Recently, our beloved InuGrrrl was plagiarized on FanFiction.net.

Naturally, the fic in question was 'He Saw Red' (subsequently renamed, "He Saw Red: Respect the Alpha" after the wank broke out regarding how Inuyasha clearly wasn't a rapist, just an 'alpha male') or as the plagiarist re-titled it, 'The Alpha'.

Upon learning of the plagiarism, InuGrrrl promptly cried out to her fans who in turn have swarmed the plagiarist's review board. And while I do not suggest that anyone actually take the time to read all the flames, they are worth skimming if you need a good chuckle.

Although my personal favorite review thus far has got to be the one from ravenmoon456:
"great story, but one question, did inuyasha rape her?"

You see, I was wanked on fanwank because of that fic, so EVERYONE knows it belongs to ME. I N U G R R R L. It's a really sad day in fandom when pathetic losers think stealing something someone else wrote and passing it as their own makes them an author. Tell me, do you feel proud? Special? Important?? Well, you're not. You're a loser, a bozo & a thief.

You know, it's a really sad day in fandom when pathetic losers think being wanked makes them famous. Tell me, do you feel proud? Special? Important??

I think we all know the answer to that.

those that take good things, and then remake then for their own benifit, aka EVIL MAIPULITIVE BITCHY SLACKERS.

1) Assuming you meant "manipulative", who the hell is she manipulating?

2) On second thought, maybe you meant "nail polishing"?

So get a life, try to make your own story, and apologize for plagurizing, even though, once a cheating bitch, always a cheating bitch. Get a life you idiot of a bitch!

Make up your mind and learn some new curse words. "Assholish copycats will always be motherfuckers, you leisure-challenged fucktard!" has more impact.

Although who's more pathetic, her for doing that, or the idiot who would actually steal such a story in the first place? Looks like a coin toss to me.

The wording is different, the intensity is different, the circumstances themselves are different. Just because a your fic is similar to that inugrrl or whoever's doesn't mean you copied it, because I don't believe you did. I read that fic, and I've decided that they are different to the point that it is not plagerism. I believe that it is just a coincidence that your story is similar to his/hers.

It always cracks me up when authors scream, "WE DO THIS TO ENTERTAIN THE FANS! WE DO IT OUT OF LOVE FOR OUR ART!!" when someone dishonors (or whatever) their work. They don't do it as a public service, they do it to get intarweb famous - which she apparently thinks she is. Nice.

Dear Fans & Readers:

Once again my work has been STOLEN and posted on ff.net.
This time the culprit is a kid called: Hatsumono. This person has
stolen HE SAW RED and posted it under the title "The Alpha."
This is the link: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2873865/1/

I want to thank those who have e-mailed me & told me about
this and have reported the thief. I appreciate it more than you know.

I don't understand why these pathetic losers think it's a good idea to
steal, but they do, & thanks to people like you, the true authors are able
to do something about it. So please, if you see anyone stealing, report
it & tell the authors.
They say that being ripped is a form of flattery
seriously you're work is not that good.

InuGrrrl

Every time I read one of her sobbing notes to her fan poodles readers I almost want to slit my wrists.

Seriously did anyone else get a Sueric dejavu or was it just me?

Let's see...

From InuGrrrl's fic

InuYasha and his pack had been trudging through the forest for close to three days. Kagome had sensed a jewel shard, but for some reason it vanished, angering the half-demon to no end. Although everyone was tired and weary, no one dared tell InuYasha this for fear of his temper. So they stomped along in tense silence, hoping the hanyou would soon suggest a rest.

Kagome sighed heavily, unable to take the walking one more minute. "InuYasha, I think we need to make camp."

InuYasha had been near the front, hopping from the tree tops, acting as a scout to make sure the path was safe. "Why the hell should I stop, wench?" He asked, clearly annoyed. "Where's the fucking jewel shard you sensed?"

Angered by his attitude, Kagome snapped back, "I don't fucking know where it is! I sensed it, it vanished, end of story!" She said crossing her arms defiantly.

InuYasha bristled. She was looking for a showdown. He could smell it. "I ain't stopping, bitch, so get your ass moving!" He said callously.

"If you don't watch your mouth, I'll sit you to the other side of the world!" Kagome threatened as InuYasha ate dirt. She put her yellow backpack on the ground and placed her hands on her hips.

For once, I'm going to applaud Inugrrrl. Bringing a little peer pressure to bear on plagiarists isn't a bad thing. Plus it brings the wank, which makes me happy in my Internet pants.

Also, from the plagiarist's review board:

I praise you for actually remebering that Inuyasha says Feh and not Keh!

...There are no words.

Well, there are a lot of words, but then I realized that no one cared about my tl;dr rant about the original vs. translation, and erased it. The short version is: It's okay with you when writers use miko, kitsune, osuwari, and -sama, but not when they use keh? You've got some funny boundaries, child. Or some funny gaps in your mighty wall of knowledge.
