I know, the thing that bugs me most isn't the original post, it's the subsequent ones that say NOTHING NEW. What's wrong, can't find the edit button? Grrawr.

Heck, there's a Square-Enix published game(Star Ocean III) that has non-fanservice girl/girl stuff. How rare is THAT?

There's a lot of gay in Square-Enix games. Some intentional, some not. All cute. ^^ I mean, hello, FF7 and...dates? XD

Oh, this girl's a real gem. If her little whiny excuse 'I don't want to think about these characters as sexual' is anything but a stellar example of backpedalling, why not SAY SO IN THE FIRST PLACE.

What a well thought out argument, but I'll have to disagree with you on a number of levels.

You'll see that Alfred Tennyson actually wrote In Memorium about Arthur Hallam, and not - as you quote - about Sora not loving Riku. Similarly, your well thought-out section (I do give you credit for that) concerning how neo-rococo and dadaism were direct influences on Axel and Roxas' heterosexuality was a bit vague; you might try coming to a clearer point next time, otherwise your argument might get lost in your process. Your points relating Bismarck and Cavour to Cloud and Leon, and the absence of sexual tension there of was particularly clever. You might want to focus more on that side of your argument in future.

So, on a whole, your essay had remarkably depth, but try to avoid stylistic flair as it only serves to muddle your thesis.
